Bob Vickery brings to clients his background as a proven senior executive with expertise in strategic planning and marketing in the financial services industry and in the senior marketplace. Much of his experience has been with Colonial Penn Insurance Company where he served as President for four years. Given the numerous changes that have occurred in this company, Mr. Vickery was able to demonstrate exceptional abilities in directing acquisitions, startups and turnarounds, all the while consistently growing both the top and bottom lines of his businesses.

Prior to serving as President, Mr. Vickery ran the marketing division of the company where he designed unique customer acquisition models that tripled sales and halved acquisition expenses. At Citibank, Mr. Vickery was a Vice President of Business Development and Product Development for the company’s research and development division.

An exceptional strategist, Mr. Vickery constantly challenged his organization to achieve continuous improvement in profitability, process re-engineering, expense management and most importantly, customer satisfaction. He is a creative problem solver who can accomplish a great deal with limited resources.

Consistent year over year growth in earnings including 26% earnings growth in his last year of tenure.
Achieved annualized growth rate of 13% in sales.
Achieved customer satisfaction levels of 96%.
Designed and implemented unique customer retention programs resulting in a 15% reduction in policy lapses.
Outsourced customer service functions over seas saving roughly $1.1million in expenses without sacrificing customer satisfaction levels.
Implemented Six Sigma quality programs that provided an incremental $1.5 million in revenues and expense savings.
Made major strides in changing the company’s culture to one with more entrepreneurial spirit coupled with high employee values.

Mr. Vickery received his MBA from LaSalle University and his BS in Business Administration from Drexel University. He is Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Senior Center, a member of the Advisory Board for the Elmwood Park Zoo, and an instructor for LaSalle University’s Nonprofit Center.
